Any words I could say about myself are meaningless compared to the words of someone else, so I will let one of my former bosses speak for me:
To Whom It May Concern,
It is my distinct pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Francesco Arndorfer. I was lucky to have Francesco walk into my store and apply for a job over 1 year ago. From the moment I spoke with him I could tell that he is an amazing young person with an extremely bright future.
Francesco is a well-rounded individual. He seems extremely intelligent while also possessing fantastic interpersonal skills, especially for his age. I was impressed with his processing speed to understand concepts and learn new skills. His verbal communication is excellent, and he is enjoyable to speak with about anything. His natural disposition is happy and positive. In addition to being academically intelligent Francesco has natural common sense. He is physically gifted with good health and above average athletic ability. Using tools and working with his hands appears to easy.
The basics of being a good employee are natural for Francesco. He was always on time (early often), dressed and groomed above average and never missed a shift last minute. He was fantastic about planning ahead with the busy schedule he kept. When he had additional free time in his schedule, he would offer to pick up more hours at work. If we were busier than expected, he was often willing to stay past his scheduled time to accommodate the needs of our business.
Francesco’s character is of the highest quality. I’ve known him to be honest to a fault. To the point of telling on himself of an error made that would have gone unnoticed. He is someone I would trust implicitly. His work ethic is amazing. In addition to being reliable he hustles and is willing to give
great effort. He completes the job and delivers quality work. I’ve never seen him “take a play off.”
I know Francesco has big dreams and goals. Through my 23 years of managing people he is in the top 1% of people with character and capabilities considered. He is the kind of person you want as a business partner or as your brother. I look forward to watching his success and accomplishments. If any additional information is needed about Francesco, please reach out to me.
Respectfully,
Barak Gall

I am a very motivated and hard-working individual. My dream is to one day work in motorsport, so I moved from my familiar surroundings in the US to study in Italy at the Politecnico di Milano. Italy is often considered the home of automotive excellence, so I knew if I wanted to realize my dream, I had to move here.
It is this passion that drives me to always do my best work. Because I am only in university, my options for involvement in motorsport are limited, so volunteering is the best way for me to be involved in the things I love. I would be eternally grateful if given the chance to volunteer with you, and I will repay your trust in me tenfold.
